ISLAMABAD, APRIL 17 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court while hearing mother petition for recovery of her minor son has ordered SP Industrial area to investigate within two days that child is held in whose custody.
The court ordered to file report on Thursday. Investigate the matter from both sides of mother and father.
The petition filed by mother of child came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir Monday.
Father of child appeared in the court along with his counsel.
The court inquired from him where he was. Why he was not appearing in the court.
Upon it he told the court no notice from high court has been issued to him.
The court remarked had you told on first day then it would have left no effect. But now there will be its effects. What they have done with us, tell them it will have effects.
The court inquired from the counsel of father of child “leave all things. Where is child?
Father of child said the child is with mother. The court can get investigate it.
The mother said the child is with father. Child was snatched from her forcibly. The child should be got recovered.
The court while ordering to make investigation from both the respondents adjourned hearing of the case till Thursday.
