ISLAMABAD, April 10 (Online): PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said if federal government does not implement Supreme Court decision on providing funds to Election Commission (EC) then Prime Minister (PM) and cabinet members will become disqualified for five years.
He tweeted “under constitution, funds are provided for election direct from national exchequer. Parliament has separated itself from this process constitutionally. This process is called Funds Consolidated on charge direct. Only federal cabinet approval is needed in this regard.
