ATC extends interim bail of Azam Swati in judicial complex vandalism case

ISLAMABAD, April 05 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has extended bail of PTI leader Azam Swati in Judicial complex vandalism case.

The Judicial complex vandalism case registered in police station Golra on the occasion of appearance of PTI chairman Imran Khan in the court on March 18 came up for hearing before ATC Islamabad Wednesday.

PTI leader Azam Swati appeared in the court along with his counsel Babar Awan.

During the hearing of the case Babar Awan counsel for Azam Swati argued such cases are instituted on political basis. Imran Khan came here for appearing in the court and hundreds of PTI workers were nominated by the police.
He said PTI leaders have always respected law and courts and they have appeared in the courts always.

The court while extending interim bail of Azam Swati till April 17 adjourned the hearing of the case.
