ISLAMABAD, April 04 (Online): PML-N leader former Prime Minister (PM) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said, courts take So-Moto but they should also take notice of it that the cases are heard.
We respect the judiciary; therefore we appear in the courts.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi further said, the courts take So-Moto but the courts should also take notice so that the cases should be heard.
We appear in NAB Cases every week and here nobody knows the case.
So far 4 judges have been changed but the case is not being decided.
Earlier in the accountability court, hearing of LNG reference was held against former Prime Minister (PM) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and others.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and NAB prosecutor appeared in Court.
The counsel for suspect Doctor Amaan Allah took stance that the case of NAB amendment rules is pending hearing in the Supreme Court of Pakistan and high court.
Islamabad High Court has constituted larger bench from 26 April.
The hearing is adjourned until the decision of the case related to amendment in NAB laws.
The court accepted the plea and adjourned the hearing of the case till May 2.
