LAHORE, March 31 (Online): Lahore Courts have granted bail to Hassan Niazi, focal person of PTI chairman Imran Khan in two cases.
The sessions court Lahore has approved bail plea of Hassan Niazi against surety bonds of Rs 50000 in the case of preventing Islamabad police in the matter of compliance of arrest warrants of Imran Khan.
The court while adjourning the hearing of the case till April 8 summoned the investigation officer along with progress report.
On the other hand Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved Hassan Niazi bail in the case of inciting PTI workers for violence against police and jalao, gherao.
ATC has granted bail to Hassan Niazi till April 08.
The court ordered to the accused to join investigation.
