Delay in polls case: 4 member new bench of SC stands dissolved in first hearing

ISLAMABAD, March 31 (Online): A new 4-member bench of Supreme Court (SC) constituted to hear the case pertaining to delay in polls of Punjab and KP assemblies stands disbanded in first hearing.

The four members bench of SC presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) had just arrived in court room for hearing the matter when Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail raised objection that the order of previous day hearing was neither got not written in court room nor was he consulted in this regard. He considers himself misfit in this bench.

Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail said I was waiting for the court order after Justice Amin ud Din decision. The court order was received to me yesterday in my residence. Attorney General Sahb you should read out the court orders.
