ISLAMABAD 21 Mar (Online): Miscellanous petition has been filed in Supreme Court (SC) for initiation of contempt of court proceedings against former federal minister Khusro Bakhtiar and former provincial minister Hashim Jawan Bakht in assets beyond means case.
Advocate Rais Ahsen Abid filed plea in SC on Tuesday.
Chairman and Director General (DG) National Accountability Bureau INAB) were made party in the application.
Applicant has prayed the court to initiate contempt of court proceedings due to non implementation of Lahore High Court verdict.
