LAHORE, March 11 (Online): PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that the callous murder of Ali Bilal raises several questions about mental condition of those behind this bestial act.
In a statement issued here Qureshi said Ali Bilal was a peace loving and enthusiastic party worker. Torturing him to death so callously can be act of a complete psychopath, he added.
