ISLAMABAD, March 10 (Online): District and Sessions Court Islamabad has handed over Shoaib Sheikh to FIA on 3 days physical remand.
Judicial magistrate Umar Sahbbir said in his decision this is not ordinary case of bribery and the proceedings of this case was started on complaint of Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The allegations cannot be dismissed without any investigation. Providing proper time to investigation officer is essential. 3 days physical remand of the accused Shoaib Sheikh is granted.
The court further said in its orders that the accused Shoaib Sheikh is handed over to FIA for three days. The investigation officer should get conduct medical examination of Shoaib Sheikh.
The court ordered that Shoaib Sheikh be presented in the court again on March 13.
