LAHORE, Jan 12 (Online): PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said general election be announced to steer the country out of uncertain situation.
“Vote of confidence was given to Pervez Elahi once again and opposition claims fizzled out, he said this while talking to media men here Thursday.

I congratulate Imran Khan. Our lawyers fought legal war befittingly in the court. He remarked.
He further stated PDM led government has failed. We needed 186 votes in assembly and we obtained 186 votes too.
He underlined the record is available in CCTV who was present in assembly and who was not present.
Accepting defeat is democracy, he remarked.
Time has come the country should be extricated from uncertain situation and general election be announced, he stressed.
People cast vote to Imran Khan in by polls, he said adding the situation is changing rapidly.
Karachi situation is before all of us, he held. MQM has voiced protest against the government, he added.
