LAHORE, Dec 13 (Online): Former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Usman Buzdar has withdrawn interim bail plea in accumulation of wealth beyond known sources of income case
The interim bail plea of Usman Buzdar came up for hearing before Accountability Court (AC) Lahore Tuesday. Former chief minister Punjab appeared in the court on this count.
The NAB investigation officer told the court during the hearing of the case Usman Buzdar arrest is not wanted by NAB. Arrest warrants have not been issued so far.
The judge of AC remarked it should not be done that he is arrested as soon as he leaves court. Usman Buzdar should be informed before his arrest.
Usman Buzdar withdrew his interim bail plea on the statement of investigation officer.
