ISLAMABAD, NOV 14 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad ` has extended interim bail of PTI leaders Asad Umar, Ali Nawaz Awan, Raja Khurram Shahzad and Faisal Javed till November 22 in the case pertaining to violation of section 144.
PTI leaders Ali Nawaz Awan, Raja Khurram Shahzad and Faisal Javed appeared in the court of Judge Raja Jawad Abbas.
PTI lawyers Babar Awan and Qaisar Jadoon also appeared in the court. The attendance of Ali Nawaz Awan, Faisal Javed and Raja Khurram Shahzad was marked.
Asad Umar did not appear.
The court remarked ask from Asad Umar either he will come or otherwise. .Appearing in the court is must to hear the decision of bail plea.
The counsel for Asad Umar told the court Asad Umar is not in Islamabad. Please give the date to announce the decision on next hearing.
The court remarked Ali Nawaz is political personality and very prudent person.
During the hearing of the case Senator Faisal Javed came to rostrum and told the court “ I have come to court on every hearing. But I am feeling fever since the last several days. I am not going to container being unwell. Please give more interval regarding date of next hearing.
The court accepted the plea from the counsels Babar Awan and Qaisar Jadoon for announcing the reserved judgment on November 22
