KABUL, Sep 30 (Onlihne): A suicide attack in Kabul has claimed 19 lives leaving 27 others injured.
According to foreigtn media blast took place near a learning centre in the Dasht-e-Barchi neighbourhood of western Kabul leaving 19 people killed and 27 injured.
The students were preparing for examination of university, police spokesman said. Majority of the residents of this area belong to the minority Hazara community who were targeted in the past as well.
The foreign media said no group has so far claimed the responsibility of the blast.
The spokesperson of Afghan interior ministry has condemned the attack saying attacking civilian targets proves the inhuman cruelty and lack of moral norms of the enemy.
