ISLAMABAD, Sep 08 (Online): 10 MPAs from PTI have refused to accept Chaudhry Pervez Elahi Chief Minister (CM) Punjab putting his chief minstership into jeopardy.
Sources said about 7 to 10 MPAs from PTI have decided to withdraw their support from CM Punjab Ch Pervez Elahi.
Sources said that PTI dissident group has evolved strategy to remove Ch Pervez Elahi as CM Punjab till next week. They have informed formally to chairman PTI Imran Khan in this regard.
They said they cannot walk along Chaudhry Pervez Elahi. We will resign but not support Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
The dissident group has given indication to Imran Khan to end their differences if chief minister is brought from PTI.
Sources have claimed that PDM is in contact with the PTI dissident members and the former has given green signal to them.
Pervez Elahi will lose his majority in case these ten members withdraw their support from him.
