MUMBAI, India – June 24 (ONLINE) Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has thanked Pakistan’s Abrar ul Haq after latter’s song “Nach Punjaban” was included in Bollywood movie “Jug Jugg Jeeyo”, produced by Karan Johar.
A controversy was created earlier after Abrar had promised legal action against Johar after claiming that his song was being “stolen”. Abrar had said that he has not given the copyrights of his song to the production house and promised legal action against them.
However, movie’s main lead Varun Dhawan has now ended up thanking Abrar ul Haq for the song. He said that the song is very good but maintained that there production company did buy the rights for it. He further said that the song is doing well for them as the original had done before it.
