PM Shehbaz to leave for Turkey today on three days visit

ISLAMABAD, May 30 (Online): Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Marriyum Aurangzeb has said says Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will undertake visit of Turkey from May 31 to June 02.

“this is part of a series of Pakistan’s renewed bilateral engagement with its traditional trusted friends and brotherly countries “ she said this in a statement issued here Monday.

She went on to say PM Shahbaz Sharif visit to Turkey is not only important for promotion of bilateral ties between the two countries but also it is vital for bolstering cooperation in the areas of investment, trade, health, education, culture and other sectors of mutual interest.

She added Shehbaz Sharif will also hold meetings with Turkish investors and Pakistan-Turkey Business forum.

The Prime Minister will also visit the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, she indicated.

She underlined PM Shehbaz Sharif along with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will unveil a commemorative plaque on the completion of 75 years of diplomatic ties between Pakistan and Turkey.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will host a dinner in honor of PM Shahbaz Sharif.
