PTI decides to hold workers conventions at tehsils, districts levels in KP

PESHAWAR, May 06 (APP): Pakistan Tahrik e Insaf (PTI) here Friday decided to hold workers conventions at tehsils and districts level for mass mobilization.

The decision has been taken during a high level meeting addressed by Chief Minister KP Mahmood Khan and Provincial President PTI, Pervez Khaatak.

PTI Members National and Provincial Assemblies, Senators, LG representatives and office bearers from across the province attended.

Consultations on matters related to upcoming public meetings and Islamabad march were held.

Directives were issued to Parliamentarians, LG representatives and party office bearers for arrangements for public meetings and Islamabad march and ensuring presence of all MNAs and MPAs at their constituencies by May 20 besides starting of political activities and mobilization of youth.

Khyber Pakthunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan said message of Imran Khan was being spread to streets and villages and all eyes on KP for success of his movement.

He said KP was a stronghold of PTI and the lawmakers, LG representatives and office bearers’ role was important in success of the rallies and Islamabad march.

PTI KP President Pervez Khattak said that Imran Khan has started political struggle for Pakistan.

He said Imran Khan has become more powerful and popular leader and people of KP would largely participate in his proposed march towards Islamabad.
