MUZAFFARABAD, April 12 (Online): No confidence motion has been submitted against Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Abdul Qayyum Khan Niazi.
The no confidence resolution carrying signatures of 25 law makers has been filed under article 18 of AJK interim constitution.
All of the law makers who have submitted no confidence motion are from PTI.
25 law makers have proposed the name of Sardar Tanvir Ilyas as leader of the house.
31 out of 53 law makers of legislative assembly are from PTI. Voting on no confidence motion will be conducted within 14 days in legislative assembly.
