Law Officers alleged Fawad Ch of taking bribe

ISLAMABAD, April 5 (Online): Law Officers on Tuesday, made allegations of taking bribes on single-day Law Minister Fawad Chaudhry and his brother NAB prosecutor Faisal Chaudhry.

Asst Attorney General Nayyar Abbas said that Fawad Chaudhry’s younger brother Faisal Chaudhry has collected millions of rupees as bribes from various Lawyers, in deception of appointing them Law Officers.

Law Officers expressed their concerns that, Fawad Chaudhry got signature on summary for removing 61 law officers while keeping Prime Minster in dark.

Asst Attorney General Nayyar Abbas said that, Fawad Chaudhry wrongly told Prime Minister that officers going to be de-notified have no relation ‘Insaaf Lawyers Forum’. Notification cannot be issued as cabinet dissolved said Asst Attorney General.

When Fawad Chaudhry’s uncle “Iftikhar Chaudhry” was Chief Justice, he openly bargained on murder cases while sitting on patrol pumps, said Nayyar.

Further he maintained that they have never attended public gatherings, as people call them different infamous names. He said what Fawad chaudhry doing is absolutely bad for Imran Khan.

He added that these Law Officers may not be Law Officers but remain Khan’s followers and stand by with him. They will not fogive Fawad Chaudhry, said Nayyar.

We hope he will not take any unconstitutional step after warning, said Nayyar.
