LAHORE – February 14 (ONLINE): Lahore-based lawyers on Monday sealed courts to demand withdrawal of the notification issued for the division of courts at tehsil level and the removal of terrorism-related sections from the cases registered against their colleagues.
Lawyers belonging to the Lahore Bar Association locked the courtrooms in protest, hence blocking the entry of judges as well as that of litigants.
The protestors, on the occasion, also shouted slogans demanding removal of terrorism-related sections from the cases lodged against Majid Bagela and their other colleagues.
