Ali terms JI ‘hypocrite’

ISLAMABAD – February 8 (ONLINE): Minister of State for parliamentary affairs Ali Muhammad Khan on Tuesday hit out at anti-PTI forces during senate session including media and journalists.

“Jamat-e-Islami’s hypocrite policies have ruined their party” Ali said, while addressing the Senate session on Tuesday.

He bashed media and journalists for allegedly propagating ‘anti-Pakistan’ narrative. “Incompetent stooges and self-centered people promoted anti-Pakistan agenda” he said.

Ali lauded Prime Minister Imran Khan for his ‘successful’ trip to China and said that country’s premier was achieving milestones of global diplomacy. “Prime Minister recently concluded his successful China trip.

He will soon be visiting Russia. He is presenting our version in front of world leaders but unfortunately, some selfish people are criticizing his tours at the same time” Ali maintained.

Talking about rumors of presidential form of government, the state minister said that presidential form of government was never practiced in true spirit in Pakistan. “From Ayub Khan to Musharraf, no one implemented presidential system in country” he said, adding that opposition would be ‘blown away’ if presidential system is adopted.

Criticizing JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlurehman, Ali Muhammad Khan said that former chairman of Kashmir Committee was a ‘complete failure’. “Current chairman of Kashmir committee has done better than Fazlurehman in just one and a half year” he said.
