32 deaths reported, 5327 tested positive due to COVID-19 in last 24 hours

 

ISLAMABAD, Feb 01 (Online):  32 deaths the highest in about four months occurred in the last 24 hours due to novel coronavirus  and 5327 tested positive in the last 24 hours in the country.

 

As per  the latest statistics of the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) 55202 tests were carried out of which  5,327 persons returned positive taking total number of positive cases to 1,430,366,

Positivity ratio stands at 9.65 percent.

 

According to province wise details 543,170 coronavirus cases have been reported in Sindh, 480,421 in Punjab 194,887 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 128,429 in Islamabad, 38,339 in Azad Kashmir 34,417 in Balochistan and 10,703 in Gilgit-Baltistan uptill now.

 

With 32 deaths during last 24 hours the tally of fatalities has surged to 29301.

 

As per NCOC data 13,176 individuals have succumbed to  the epidemic in Punjab, 7,829 in Sindh 6,002 in KP, 980 in Islamabad, 758 in Azad Kashmir, 368 in Balochistan, and 188 in GB so far.

 

174,085,175 doses with 605,450 in the last 24 hours have been administered so far in the country.

 

1,295,390 patients have recovered in the country while 1,500 patients are reported be in critical condition.
