3 fatalities occurred, 1649 tested positive due to COVID-19 during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD, Jan 10 (Online): As many as 3 fatalities were reported and 1649 people tested positive due to corona virus during the last 24 hours in the country.

According to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) statistics 45002 tests were conducted during the last 24 hours of which 1649 returned positive taking the tally of positive cases to 1,305,707..

The positivity ratio stood at 3.66 percent.
As per province wise details 487,668 coronavirus cases have been reported in Sindh, 448,091 in Punjab 181,757 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 109,396 in Islamabad, 34,704 in Azad Kashmir 33,659 in Balochistan and 10,432 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

With 3 deaths during the last 24 hours, the number of fatalities has reached level of 28972.
As many as 13,080 fatalities have been reported in Punjab, 7,681 in Sindh 5,943 in KP, 967 in Islamabad, 748 in Azad Kashmir, 367 in Balochistan, and 186 in GB so far.

162,115,885 doses have been administered so far in the country.
1,258,987 patients have recovered in the country while 617 patients are reported to be in critical condition.
