Islamabad September 04 (Online): A special category of Sehat Insaf Card has been added to Pakistan Citizen’s Portal to timely address the public complaints relating to this scheme.
According to the Prime Minister Office, the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit has issued a directive in this regard.
This will enable citizens to lodge direct complaints on a host of issues including refusal for treatment in hospitals, lack of facilities and staff behaviour.
This will also allow the citizens complain about lack of information on treatment expenses and delay in treatment. Complaints can also be registered regarding the problems faced by the hospitals on the panel of Sehat Insaaf Card.
A special dashboard has been allotted to the senior officers of State Life Insurance for the immediate redressal of public complaints.
The Chairman State Life will ensure prompt resolution of citizens’ grievances.
