IHC orders for recovering 4 Afghan missing brothers within two weeks

ISLAMABAD, APRIL 16 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to recover 4 missing Afghan brothers within two weeks.
During the hearing of the case, the court called Afghan mother of missing sons, Gul Seema on rostrum and talked to her in Pushto. Then the court told this to all by translating it in Urdu.
Justice Muhammad Asif of IHC while giving two weeks time to Islamabad and Punjab police in connection with recovery of 4 missing brothers remarked we give two weeks time. We want result. Recover the missing persons.
Justice Muhammad Asif remarked mother of missing brothers is saying she has been coming to high court since August. She further says ” tell me If sons have died”.

DIG Islamabad sought more time from court for recovery of missing sons of Afghan mother.
Counsel for the petitioner said the case is running in high court since 8 months. Reports are coming that man has not been found.

Upon it court questioned IG was called and he did not come.
The state counsel said case time was 11 a.m , therefore, IG has not come so far. DIG, RPO and other officers are present. Give us time for filing report again.
Justice Muhammad Asif said you want how much time. There is no use of giving time. We want missing persons.

The counsel for the petitioner said tell us this too if any FIR has been lodged, then has it been lodged against one or all the four brothers.
The court while giving direction to police said we are giving two weeks time. Inform us about results.

The IHC adjourned the hearing of the case till May 5.
