ISLAMABAD, MARCH 17 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has declared PTI leaders Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar and Farrukh Habib due their persistent absence in two cases related to Judicial complex attack.
Judicial complex attack case against PTI leaders came up for hearing in ATC led by judge Tahir Abbas Sipra Monday.
The court declared Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar and Farrukh Habib proclaimed offenders due to their persistent absence from court.
ATC issued arrest warrants of Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi, Raja Basharat and several other absenting accused.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till April 7 after marking attendance of the available accused.
Two cases are registered against PTI leaders in police station Ramna.
