PESHAWAR, FEB 26 (ONLINE): Protective bail has been granted by Peshawar High Court (PHC) to PTI leader and former MNA Maj (Retd) Tahir Sadiq.
The court has also stopped police and other relevant agencies from arresting Maj (Retd) Tahir Sadiq.
The counsel for the petitioner told the court that client is in US and he is returning to Pakistan.
Politically motivated cases are registered against me just to harass me, petitioner said.
Court granted protective bail to Maj (Rtd) Tahir Sadiq besides restraining police and law enforcement agencies from arresting him.
Further hearing of the case was adjourned till March 6.
