ISLAMABAD, FEB 13 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) while directing superintendent Adiala jail to decide within 20 days on the application from PTI Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) in connection with his meeting with Imran Khan has wrapped up petition.
Justice Sarfraz Dogar remarked this case is included in human rights on what basis. Every man cannot meet in jail. We have to see it first of all that either it is maintainable or otherwise.
Acting chief justice Sarfraz Dogar took up the case for hearing Thursday.
The court wrapped up PTI MPA Aaqib Ullah petition for meeting with Imran Khan with directives.
The court directed superintendent Adiala jail to decide on PTI MPA application within twenty days.
Ayesha Khalid counsel for petitioner and state counsel appeared in the court.
The counsel for the petitioner took the plea application has been given to superintendent Adiala jail too as per jail manual.
