IHC once again rejects Imran Khan plea for sending Toshakhana-2 case to other bench forthwith

ISLAMABAD, JAN 29 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has once again rejected the plea from Imran Khan for sending Toshakhan-2 case to other bench immediately.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas has issued written order for hearing the case through which the counsel for PTI founder was directed to provide more assistance.

PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi have filed acquittal pleas.

Justice Inam Amin Minhas has rejected the objection again.

It has been said in high court order that there are supreme court decisions. Judge has to make decision on his own in the event of objection that he has to recuse from bench.

The court while seeking more assistance on point of objection adjourned the hearing for indefinite period.
