Overseas Pakistanis vote case: SC constitutional bench adjourns hearing for two weeks

ISLAMABAD, JAN 22 (ONLINE): Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has adjourned for two weeks hearing of overseas Pakistanis vote case,

Justice Jamal Mandokhail said to counsel for Sheikh Rashid smilingly elections are not being held as yet. We will decide this case before next election.

SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan took up the case for hearing Wednesday.

Counsel for Sheikh Rashid told the court there is matter of overseas Pakistanis vote in the case.

Justice Jamal Mandokhail remarked today time is short. We will hear this case soon. Election are not going to be held just now. We will decide this case before next election.

Justice Amin ud Din Khan remarked next hearing of the case will take place after two weeks.
