ISLAMABAD, JAN 20 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has given time till January 30 to the petitioner for proving money trail during hearing of petition filed by citizen Dr Tashfin Khan against NAB call up notice.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked proving money trail is very difficult job. Former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa could not present proof of money trail.
Petition by citizen Dr Tashfin Khan against NAB call up notice came up for hearing in IHC Monday.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard the petition.
Counsel for petitioner said we have taken money outside country legally. Money trail is available.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked ” bring proof of money trail. Then I will accept the plea.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked proving money trail is very difficult thing. Even Qazi Faez Isa could not present proof of money trail.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 30.
