PESHAWAR, Jan 16 :Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur’s protective bail has been extended by the Peshawar High Court for three weeks.
The court also ordered that CM KP should not be arrested during next three weeks in any case.
The order was passed by the two members bench comprising Chief Justice PHC Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Waqar Ahmed here Thursday.
After arguments of the Adovocate General KP, the court adjourned the case till February 11, 2025.
