PTI founder, Shah Mehmood Qureshi ,others to be indicted on Nov 8 in GHQ attack case

RAWALPINDI, OCT 30 (ONLINE): Judge Amjid Ali Shah of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has fixed November 8 to indict PTI founder Imran Khan, former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and other accused in GHQ attack case.

The court also issued notices to the respondents on acquittal plea of former minister Sheikh Rashid besides adjourning the hearing of the case.

During the hearing of the case , Umar Ayoub, Zartaj Gul, Raja Basharat, Sadaqat Abbasi Raja Rashid Hafeez, Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi, Col (Retd) Ajmal Sabir, federal and provincial ministers, members of assembly and other accused appeared in the country.

After marking attendance of the accused and providing copies to the accused among whom these could not be distributed due to some reason adjourned the hearing of the case till November 8.

Sheikh Rashid filed acquittal plea in the court.

The court issued notices to the respondents.
The accused will be indicted on next hearing and the lawyers of respondents will give arguments on acquittal plea.
