Imran Khan moves IHC to seek access to his personal physicians

ISLAMABAD, OCT 21 (ONLINE): PTI founder Imran Khan has filed petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) to seek access to his personal physicians.

Adiala jail administration, provincial government and others have been made respondents in the petition.

Imran Khan has filed petition in IHC in connection with his medical check up by his personal physicians.

Petition has been filed through Suleman Safdar and Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry.

The petitioner has taken plea in the petition that access is not being given to him to his personal physicians. He age is 72 years and he is former sportsman and Prime Minister (PM). Dr Asim was not given access on October 15, 2024. Personal physicians are aware of medical history.

He requested the court to issue permission order to Dr Asim Yousuf, Dr Faisal Sultan and Dr Samina Niazi for his medical check up according to 15 days schedule.
It was further requested in the petition that permission be given to Dr Asim Yousuf, Dr Samina Niazi and one ENT doctor for immediate medical check up of PTI founder.
