ISLAMABAD, June 01 (Online): IMF has recommended to abolish funds which are allocated to the parliamentarians for development schemes.
According to sources schemes worth Rs 61 billion have been given to the members of parliament in the current fiscal year. However it has been decided not to provide funds in connection with projects of provincial nature in the next financial year of 2024-25 on the proposal of IMF and World Bank.
