LAHORE, May 14 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has approved bail before arrest petition of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry in PTI worker Zille Shah murder case.
The interim bail plea of Fawad Chaudhry came up for hearing before single bench of LHC led by Justice Anwar ul Haq Pannu Tuesday.
The state counsel took the plea during the hearing of the case that Fawad Chaudhry is accused of concealing the facts. Former federal minister did not tell the state that accident of Zille Shah had taken place with a vehicle of any one.
Justice Anwar ul Haq Pannu inquired if the allegation leveled against Fawad Chaudhry is bailable. The state counsel told the court yes it is bailable. Later the court approved interim bail of Fawad Chaudhry in Zille Shah murder case.
