ISLAMABAD, MAY 03 (ONLINE): Supreme Court (SC) has fixed for hearing Faizabad dharna case and non allocation of reserved seats to PTI.
Hearing of the cases will take place next week. A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa will hear the case on May 6. The court has issued notice to the respective respondents.
Federal government will present Faizabad Dharna commission report in the court. On the other hand the case on non-allocation of reserved seats to PTI has also been fixed for hearing on May 8. SC has constituted 3-member bench to hear this case.
The bench headed by justice Mansoor Ali Shah will be comprising justice Muhammad Ali Mirza and Justice Athar Minallah.
