PTI chairman barrister Gohar files petition in IHC in connection with meeting with PTI founder

ISLAMABAD. MARCH 11 (0NLINE): PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has filed petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in connection with his meeting with PTI founder Imran Khan.

Interior secretary, Chief Commissioner Islamabad and superintendent Adiala jail have been made respondents in the petition.
He has taken plea in the petition that chairman PTI Gohar Ali Khan, secretary general Umar Ayub and secretary Shibil Faraz want to meet PTI founder. Therefore, orders be issued to Adiala jial authorities to allow them to meet Imran Khan.

Later Barrister Gohar Ali Khan while talking to media men said there were some documents related to general election which they had taken with them to meet PTI founder. Senate polls are going to take place therefore application has been filed that permission be given for consultation with PTI founder along-with documents. We have too much expectations from the judiciary. We always come and hope we will be given justice as well. Decisions have been taken on fast pace basis.

The trial has been run in what unconstitutional and illegal way, it is responsibility of judiciary to take notice. We hope from judiciary we will be administered justice.
