ISLAMABAD, February 22 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to fix for hearing application of Uzma Khan sister of PTI founder for medical check up of Bushra Bibi following the removal of registrar office objections on the application. .
Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz will hear the petition filed by Uzma Khan today (Friday).
Diary branch has allotted writ number to the petition of Uzma Khan. The court had directed to remove objections of registrar office.
Advocate Sheeraz Ahmad Ranjha counsel for Uzma Khan has removed the objections.
The petition said Bushra Bibi is imprisoned in Bani Gala residence after having been convicted in Toshakhana case. Family doctor Dr Asim Yousuf be allowed to conduct medical check up of Bushra Bibi.
Senior doctors of PIMS be also issued orders to conduct medical check up of Bushra BIBI in the presence of Dr Asim Yousuf.
