Inside story of reaching agreement by PML-N, PPP comes to open

ISLAMABAD, Feb 21 (Online): The inside story of reaching the agreement by PML-N and PPP has come to open.
The back door contacts and secret meetings helped both parties reach an accord.
Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif played prime role in ending the deadlock.

Both of them made telephonic contacts thrice. The final decision about constitutional posts were also made by Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari. The draft for the agreement was changed repeatedly to reach conclusion.
According to PML-N sources one on one meeting was held between Shehbaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto on neutral venue on finalization of the agreement. Prior to this meeting Ishaq Dar and Shehbaz Sharif met Nawaz Sharif in Murree.

PML-N took MQM, PML-Q, Istehkam Pakistan Party and MQM into confidence on the agreement.
The matter of making Bilawal Bhutto Zardari deputy prime minister also came under discussion in secret meetings. No clear headway could be made on this proposal as PPP senior leaders opposed this proposal. Later the matter of deputy prime minister was excluded from final talks. PML-N will again talk to PPP in regard to PPP participation in federal cabinet after government making.
According to sources decision has been taken to summon NA session next week following the settlement of matters regarding government making. First session is likely to be called on February 28.
