A busy UK nurse was working the morning shift when a panicked man rushed into the clinic clutching his phone.
“I need to see a doctor immediately!” he gasped.
The nurse calmly asked, “What’s happened?”
The man replied, “I searched my symptoms online last night. First it said I had a cold. Then it said I had pneumonia. This morning it says I’ve got three rare diseases, two vitamin deficiencies, and only hours left to live!”
The nurse nodded sympathetically, took his blood pressure, checked his pulse, and looked over his shoulder at the phone.
Then she gently took the phone from his hand, switched off the Wi-Fi, and handed it back.
The man blinked. “What was that for?”
The nurse smiled and said,
“Congratulations… according to your phone, you’re now perfectly healthy. The internet has been discharged.” 😂🇬🇧🏥
