A wife sits down with her husband and says, “It’s time for your yearly review.”
He laughs, “What is this, HR?”
She nods, “Exactly. I’ve got notes.”

She continues, “You’re funny… occasionally helpful… but your follow-through needs work.”
He leans back, “Wow… tough crowd.”

She slides a paper across the table.
“Here’s your rating: ‘Needs Improvement.’”

He squints at it and asks, “Any bonus this year?”

She smiles sweetly and says,
“Yes… you get to keep your position.” 😄
