A man dies and finds himself standing at the gates of Hell.
Not wanting to spend eternity suffering, he decides to shop around before choosing where to stay.
At the entrance to German Hell, he asks what the punishment is.
The guard replies:
“Every day, you spend one hour in an electric chair.
Then one hour lying on a bed of sharp nails.
After that, the German devil whips you for the rest of the day.”
The man shudders and quickly moves on.
At American Hell, the punishment is exactly the same.
At Russian Hell, same thing.
At French Hell, same thing.
At Japanese Hell, same thing.
Just as he’s losing hope, he notices a HUGE queue stretching for miles outside Nigerian Hell.
People are practically fighting to get in.
Curious, he asks a man in line,
“Why is everyone desperate to get into this one? What’s the punishment?”
The man replies:
“Oh, it’s simple.
First, they put you in an electric chair for an hour.
Then they lay you on a bed of nails for another hour.
Then the Nigerian devil whips you for the rest of the day.”
The newcomer looks confused.
“But that’s exactly the same as every other Hell!”
The man in line grins and says:
“Technically, yes…
But the power company hasn’t supplied electricity in years…
The contractor was paid for the nails but never delivered them…
And the Nigerian devil used to work in government.”
“Government?” the newcomer asks.
The man nods.
“Yep. Every morning he clocks in, signs the attendance register, drinks tea for three hours, takes a long lunch break, attends two meetings about future meetings… and then goes home before doing any actual work!” 😂🔥
