King Charles shares uplifting message after reaching a special milestone in his cancer treatment.
On September 2, Buckingham Palace released a statement providing an update on the Monarch’s latest royal engagement.
The message, accompanied by joyful photos, read, “This weekend, The King visited the Royal Horticultural Society of Aberdeen’s Flower Show at Duthie Park.”
“Commemorating the 200th anniversary of the summer flower show, The King met with exhibitors and RHSA members, and admired floral displays, including vegetables entered in the National Vegetable Society Scottish Group competition.”
The statement also highlighted, “Earlier this year, His Majesty became the official patron of RHS Aberdeen, following in the footsteps of his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II, and his late grandfather, King George VI.”
This update came amid speculation surrounding Prince Harry’s attempts to reconnect with the royal family during his recent visit to the UK for the memorial service of his uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, where Prince William was also present.
