A beloved downtown Sarasota restaurant, known for serving creative comfort food and craft cocktails for nearly 12 years, has closed its doors for good.
MADE, located at 1990 Main St. since its launch in 2013, surprised loyal patrons with a social media post on Sunday at 10:42 a.m. announcing the closure.
“With a heavy heart, we must share a difficult decision,” the statement reads. “After careful consideration, we regret to announce that after 12 years on Main Street, MADE will close on December 29, 2024.
“This was not an easy choice, and we are deeply saddened by the impact it will have on our valued customers, dedicated staff, and trusted partners.”
