A husband had been secretly cheating on his wife for months, thinking he was the smartest man alive.
Every time he went to see his girlfriend, he’d come home with a new excuse.
“Late meeting.”
“Traffic was crazy.”
“Boss kept me back.”
His wife never argued… never complained… just smiled.
That made him even more confident.
One night, he came home at 2 AM, smelling like perfume that definitely wasn’t his wife’s.
Before he could say anything, she calmly said,
“Don’t worry, I already know everything.”
He froze.
His mind started racing. Did someone tell her? Did she follow me? Am I dead?
Trying to act innocent, he laughed nervously,
“Know what?”
She smiled sweetly and said,
“I know you’ve been working so hard… so I quit my job today.”
He blinked. “What?”
She continued,
“Yes! From now on, I’ll be at home… waiting for you… every single night.”
He swallowed.
“Every… single night?”
She nodded.
“And I’ve also made friends with your boss’s wife… we’re starting a little ‘wives club.’ We share everything.”
At that moment… his soul left his body.
But she wasn’t done.
“Oh—and tomorrow, we’re all having dinner together. Your boss, his wife… and your girlfriend’s husband.”
The husband fainted right there on the floor.

If you’re going to cheat… at least make sure your wife isn’t smarter than you. 😄
