The news of her passing has left the entire nation in shock"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MOST-22 Sue Radford says she is \u201cbroken\u201d by the loss of her best friend\u2019s daughter.<\/p>\n<p>Sophie Walker, 17, died last night after suffering from Wilms Tumor, a rare type of kidney cancer, for seven years.<\/p>\n<p>Online tributes were led by Sue, the mother of Britain\u2019s biggest family. Sue and her 43-year-old mother Rebecca are the closest of friends.<\/p>\n<p>In her tragic Instagram comment, the 48-year-old mother described Sophie as a \u201ckind-hearted, funny, and brave girl\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur hearts are broken, Sophie.
