Please continue to watch over us as you always have. SHINE On Brother!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A third-generation moonshiner, Kenny and his cousin Henry Lee Law co-owned Law\u2019s Choice Distillery in Franklin County, Virginia, where they produced and sold legal moonshine.<\/p>\n<p>Henry shared with <em>TMZ<\/em> on Thursday that Kenny passed away in a local hospital after battling several health challenges in recent years, including a heart attack in 2024, diabetes, and a blood infection.
