As a parent, it\u2019s unimaginable that you would outlive your\u00a0children. Sadly, however, that was the case for this father, whose young\u00a0daughter\u00a0tragically passed away following a battle with\u00a0cancer.<\/p>\n

She left behind a devastated family. However, her loving father found a way to immortalize her legacy by tattooing his body with the heartfelt message she left him.<\/p>\n

Sharing his story on social media, the father expressed (via\u00a0Instagram): \u201cBefore my daughter passed away from cancer, she created this drawing for me, and now I wear it on my skin.\u201d<\/p>\n

Accompanying the heartfelt words \u201cI love you dad\u201d in the\u00a0tattoo, which seem to be the girl\u2019s final communication, the post has resonated deeply with many netizens.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis brought tears to my eyes. As\u00a0parents, we often overlook the small moments. Even the simple act of waking my children in the morning, I\u2019ll cherish every opportunity,\u201d one person wrote.<\/p>\n

Another added: \u201cI can\u2019t even fathom what it\u2019s like to endure such a trial. Hopefully, this act brings him solace.\u201d<\/p>\n
