At Sunny Meadows Retirement Home, the residents decided to hold a talent show.<\/p>\n
The first 65-year-old man stepped onto the stage and proudly announced,
\n\u201cI can still do 20 push-ups!\u201d<\/p>\n
The crowd applauded politely.<\/p>\n
Next, a 68-year-old woman took the microphone.
\n\u201cI can still dance for three songs without sitting down!\u201d<\/p>\n
The audience cheered.<\/p>\n
Then 72-year-old Frank slowly shuffled to the stage with his walker.<\/p>\n
Everyone expected another fitness brag.<\/p>\n
Frank smiled and said,
